Wendler strict press, Week 3

Use 90% of 1RM for the following

-Set 1: 5 reps at 75%

-Set 2: 3 reps at 85%

-Set 3: 1+ rep at 95%

Inspired by our Winter Challenge

7 minutes to accomplish:

100 double unders

20 ball slams, 35#/25#

Max reps HSPU in remaining time

CROSSFIT LITE

20 minute Amrap:
5 Pullups
10 Ring Pushups
15 KB Swings

Finisher:

3 rounds of Every 120 seconds Max effort L-Sit

COMPETITOR

- Jerk behind the neck – 75% x 3 x 5

- Push Press – 75% x 5 x 2, 80% x 5 x 2

- Jerk Dip Squat – 85% (of jerk) x 5 x 3

4 rounds for time:

10 pull-ups

15 KB swings (Black/Blue)
