CROSSFIT

Power Clean, 3×2

Overhead squats, 3×2

BOOTCAMP

For Time:

40 Burpees

50 Double Unders

30 Burpees

50 Double Unders

20 Burpees

50 Double Unders

Finisher:  2min abmat sit-ups

RUNNING CLUB

8 sets:

20 Hand Release Pushups
Run 200 Meters

Rest 1 minute between sets

SKILL

EMOM – 20 Minutes

Odd: 3 Pistols (each leg)

Even: 6 Handstand Push Ups

THEN

5 Minutes

Max Double Unders

OPEN GYM: During Active Class Sessions until 7pm.
