RUNNING CLUB

10 rounds for time:

20 Hand Release Pushups
Run 200 Meters

SKILL CLASS

5 minutes: Deadlift at 150% of Clean 1 Rep Max

5 Minutes: Hang Clean Pulls at 125% of Clean 1 Rep Max

THEN

1 Rep Max Hang Clean (Squat or Power)

THEN

5 Minutes:

100 Double Unders

Max Hang Power Cleans at 50% of 1 Rep Max

OPEN GYM: During active class sessions until 7pm.  No AM due to Fundamentals.
