15-20 minutes of L-sit progressions

Buy-in: accumulate 3 minutes in an L-sit

then,

3 minutes: max reps push ups

Rest 1 minute

3 minutes: max reps STRICT MIXED GRIP chin ups (drop off bar each rep and switch grip)

Rest 1 minute

3 minutes: max reps double unders
