Ring Dips

STRENGTH:

Part 1:

4 X10 kneeling landmine mines + 4 X10 1 leg hip thrust + 2 lengths weighted duck walk

Part 2:

4 rounds. 2:00 mins 8 squat cleans at 225/175 Then 1 min 10 laps with weighted slam ball 50/35 2min rest then 25 front squats 135/95
