WOD:

Part 1:

Find 3 Rep Max Clean over 20 min, Power or Squat

Part 2:

12 min AMRAP: 1 Clean (80% 1-RM), 250m Row, Cleans go up each round

STRENGTH:

Part 1:

Back Squat 10X2 90%- 93%

Part 2:

10 mins to find max 3 rep thruster – then 4 rounds 10 Deadlifts + 20 bar hops at that weight

OLYMPIC LIFTING:

Part 1:

Snatch from blocks doubles to 85%

Part 2:

Clean and jerk from blocks doubles to 85%
