WOD:

Part 1:

10 OTM: 3 CJ + 2 Jerks, 50-60% 1-RM CJ

Part 2:

Every 3 min, 15 min: 20 Box Jump Overs (30/24), Max Pull-Ups, C2B, or MU, (2:30 of work, 30 second rest)

OLYMPIC LIFTING:

Part 1:

Full snatch doubles to 95%

Part 2:

Overhead squat 3×3 at 100% of Max Snatch
