Power Snatch + Hang Snatch 3, 3, 2,2,2,1,1 to 80%

Part 2:

Power Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk 3,3,2,2,2,1,1, to 80%

FitWOD:

Part 1:

10 mins of footwork drills w/ hurdles

Part 2:

12 min EMOM:
min 1: burpee broad jump down and back
min 2: 10 DB power cleans (40/25)
min 3: :30 secs abmat situps
Part 3:
100 4-count flutter kicks
