Teams of Two

FOR TIME: ( 30 min Cap )

100 Double Under Each

then,

100 Sit Ups

100 Push Ups

100 Box Jumps

100 Pull Ups

100 Lunges 

100 Burpees

100 Med Ball Squats

* Partner 1 must complete 10 reps of a movement before Partner 2 Begins

 

OLYMPIC LIFTING:

Part 1:

Max Power Clean

Part 2:

Max Over Head Squat
