STRENGTH:

5X5 Back squat at 01/09 #’s + 10 Hamstirng band pulls

Part 2:

16 min EMOM – M1 5 Hang Snatches + 5 OHS 135/95 M2 – 45 sec wall sit M3 – 16 jumping lunges
