WOD:

Part 1:

Back Squat 1RM

Part 2:

For time: 50 Back Squat (135/95), 25 Manmakers (no squat) (55/35), 50 Burpees over Bar

STRENGTH:

Part 1:

Reverse Grip floor bench press 4X10 + 4X10 Ring face pulls + 4×10 ring dips

Part 2:

4 Min Amrap 6 Push press 135 + 6 Chest 2 bar – 3 min rest – 4 min amrap 9 Push jerks + 9 pull ups – 2 min rest – 50 seated strict press 45/35

Olympic Lifting:

Part 1:

Snatch + OHS to 80%

Part 2:

Clean + FS + Jerk to 80%
