Part 1:

Deadlift 4×6 @ 65-70%

Part 2:

13 min AMRAP: 25 Double Unders, 20 Burpees OTB, 15 DL (315/215)

STRENGTH:

Part 1:

10 min EMOM. 3 push press. + 10 LBS every minute. Start at 50%

Part 2:

14 min EMOM. M1 – 15 hang power cleans 115/75. M2 – 50 Du’s
