WOD:

Part 1:

Strict Press Heavy Set of 5, then 5×4 at set of 5

Part 2:

11 min AMRAP: 10 Push-Ups, 10 Clean(135/95), 5 HPSU, 5 OHS (135/95)

STRENGTH:

Part 1:

Tri set 4X10 triceps extension + DB Row + DB Pull over

Part 2:

21-15-9 DB Hang clean + jerk/ pull ups. Every minute. 3 push ups or 3 toes 2 bar

OLYMPIC LIFTING:

Hang Snatch to 90%, Hang Snatch pulls 3×3 at 100%
